I checked the kelly blue book price of her car, a 2009 lincoln MKZ with 58,000 miles listed between 10-11thousand dollars, she had anout 38 percent over the blue book price. And the car had triple the miles on it. Crooks to the heart.

Did you not test drive an 11 years old vehicle before purchase ? An average car will have had 2 or 3 owners and about 150,000 miles by then.
If you drove it, was it AOK ?
I'd find that hard to believe since it took such a dive so quickly. You get what you pay for and some lawsuit brought by someone else over another issue is most definitely NOT divine vindication for your error.
